C’est un effet inattendu de la mise à jour vers Windows 10. Le système d’exploitation de Microsoft envoie automatiquement aux ordinateurs des mises à jour particulièrement volumineuses, partagées dans un réseau P2P invisible, ce qui fait exploser le niveau de bande passante utilisée par les PC, et pose problème aux internautes soumis à des forfaits non illimités.
