Key Points Amazon confirmed last week it has started putting AI-equipped cameras in some delivery vans. It already requires contracted delivery workers to use an app, called Mentor, that tracks and scores their driving behavior. Like the cameras, the app is designed to improve driver safety, but Amazon employees say the technology produces errors and, in some cases, tracks their location after they clock out from work.
