Apple attaque Amazon pour l’empêcher d’utiliser le nom "App Store"

Apple veut se réserver l’exclusivité du nom App Store. Alors qu’Amazon va lancer sa propre plate-forme d’applications mobiles, la firme de Cupertino a lancé une action en justice contre le site de commerce en ligne. Celui-ci utilise un nom trop proche pour nommer son service ("Appstore"). Derrière cette plainte se pose la question des noms trop génériques qu’utilise Apple pour désigner ses produits.
