Le groupe américain Apple a annoncé vendredi qu’il suspendait l’analyse par des employés ou des sous-traitants de conversation d’utilisateurs enregistrés par son assistant vocal Siri.
La majorité des entreprises du secteur recourent à de telles pratiques afin d’améliorer la qualité de la réponse offerte.
