La Commission européenne a communiqué, lundi 6 mai, des griefs à Motorola Mobility, filiale du géant d’Internet Google, à qui elle reproche d’avoir abusé de sa position dominante en déposant des injonctions contre Apple en Allemagne pour le viol de ses brevets dans la téléphonie mobile.
