Comme son nom l’indique, le Centre d’expertise gouvernemental de réponse et de traitement des attaques informatiques (CERTA), lié au gouvernement français, est chargé d’analyser les attaques informatiques, de détecter les vulnérabilités qu’elles ont pu exploiter et de proposer des solutions pour colmater les failles.
