Un rapport de l’Académie chinoise des sciences sociales a mis en lumière le durcissement de la régulation du net en Chine. Selon le document, le nombre de sites web a chuté de 41 % entre 2009 et 2010. Un effondrement causé notamment par le durcissement de la lutte contre la diffusion de contenus pornographiques.
