Le Parlement vénézuélien a voté, lundi 20 décembre, une proposition de loi du gouvernement d’Hugo Chavez encadrant les médias, et instaurant notamment un filtrage des contenus sur Internet. Nommée "loi de responsabilité sociale de la radio, de la télévision et des médias électroniques", la nouvelle législation transforme la radio et la télévision en services publics et définit des "contenus prohibés" sur Internet, auxquels les Vénézuéliens ne devraient plus avoir accès.
