L’armée américaine va disposer d’un logiciel destiné à "manipuler les réseaux sociaux", révèle le Guardian, jeudi 17 mars. Une entreprise californienne a remporté un marché public pour développer un programme destiné à créer de faux profils sur les réseaux sociaux, comme Facebook et Twitter, afin "d’influencer les conversations sur Internet, et de répandre la propagande pro-américaine", selon le journal.
