L’Arcep ouvre une consultation publique sur la neutralité des réseaux de télécommunications, où la qualité de service, l’interconnexion et la gestion de trafic sont notamment abordées. La consultation publique se finira le 20 juin. Un rapport définitif sera ensuite remis au gouvernement et au parlement.
