C’est une ordonnance multi-tâche qui a été présentée mercredi en conseil des ministres par Eric Besson. Voté en novembre 2009 par le parlement européen, le troisième paquet télécom est enfin transposé en droit français par une ordonnance qui sera publiée prochainement au Journal Officiel.
