Le dispositif censé durcir la lutte contre le téléchargement illégal est entré en vigueur lundi 1er octobre au Japon. La loi, qui va plus loin que la "réponse graduée" française, a été votée au mois de juin. Le champ d’application du texte est large et vise aussi bien les contenus musicaux, que les films ou même les jeux vidéo.
