Safe Harbor : collecte abusive de données et surveillance de masse invalidées par la Cour européenne !

Par une décision rendue publique ce matin, la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne (CJUE), plus haute juridiction de l’Union, a invalidé le Safe Harbor.
