Victoire ! Après une longue année de lutte, le Conseil constitutionnel vient de déclarer contraire à la Constitution la quasi-intégralité de la loi de lutte contre la haine en ligne. Au-delà de sa décision, le Conseil constitutionnel refuse le principe d’une censure sans juge dans un délai imposé d’une heure ou de vingt-quatre heures.
